Refund Policy
At YB-Studio, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent refund process. Below are the details of our 14-day return policy:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
- Return shipping costs to our warehouse in Asia are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend considering these costs before initiating a return.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at Support@yb-studio.com to request a return.
- If your return is approved, you will receive:
- A return address.
- Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- If your country of residence is not the Netherlands, shipping times may take longer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Support@yb-studio.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
- Customers can exchange their order within 14 days of receipt.
- Replacement item(s) are shipped free of charge.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange Process:
- Contact Support@yb-studio.com to request an exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive shipping instructions.
- The replacement item(s) will be sent to the address provided with the original order.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- You will be notified once the return is processed in our warehouse (maximum 3 days).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified if your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
