Shipping Times

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day. In rare cases, processing may take 1-3 business days.

Delivery times based on your location:

  • United States, Canada, Australia: 2-5 Days
  • Europe: 3-7 Days

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Always free for all orders.
  • Insured Shipping: For added peace of mind, we offer insured shipping for €2.95, which guarantees delivery of the package to the specified address.

Note:

  • Insured shipping does not cover insurance for the contents of the purchase itself.
  • Any return shipping costs or restocking fees are not included in this service and will apply according to our return policy.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Once the return is received, we will refund the full order amount.

  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@yb-studio.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle such cases individually but will always work to provide a satisfactory solution.
