At YB-Studio, we make exchanges simple and stress-free. You can exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

  • Free Replacement Shipping: We ship the replacement item(s) free of charge.
  • Customer Notification: You will receive a notification once the new item has been shipped to the address provided in the original order.
  • Return Costs: Return shipping costs for the original item are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Processing Time: Once your return package is received, it takes up to 3 days to process the exchange.

If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
